Happy Thanksgiving everyone!  Today is the one day out of the year that we truly sit down and give thanks of everything we are appreciative of.  This year my wife and I welcomed a new baby girl into this world, Zoë Jade, and our second daughter, Blair Olivia, turned 2.  We are so blessed to have a healthy family, food on the table and a roof over our heads.  We are blessed to be striving for something greater than ourselves.  Imagine if you woke up every single morning giving thanks instead of just 1 day a year.  Steve Harvey said when he wakes up he gives thanks for the first 10 minutes after he wakes up and it makes him, not only want to get out of bed and start the day, but also sets his mindset to positive from the get go.  Often times, we focus on our future or past so much that we forget about our present.  Our present is a gift and it should not be taken for granted.

Success is all about the mindset.  It’s about attacking each and every day as if there is no tomorrow.  If you act as if there is a tomorrow, then you won’t maximize your time because you’ll be willing to put too much off for tomorrow and you’ll just continue the trend.  You’ll start procrastinating everything that is think is important to you.  If it were truly important to you, though, you would not put it off.  You would get it done as if there was no tomorrow.  Change your mindset.  Negativity has no place in your life.  When you’re negative, you fail.  When you fail, your negativity becomes stronger because you listened to it in the first place.  Stay positive, if you fail, get back up again and learn from your mistakes.  Be thankful, not just today, but every day.

In the comments section, write what you are thankful for this year.
